We had a braw stay! Staff were pure friendly, and the location made it dead easy to stroll to shops and sights. My fave bit? The comfy beds in our Smart Atrium Double room. One wee drawback was the lack of storage for our bags. a cracking place!

stylish hotel with minor room limitations
The hotel offered a unique design that captured my interest from entry. The city view from my room was delightful and added to my experience. The breakfast selection impressed me as it included fresh fruits and quality coffee options.
The room felt a bit compact for my preferences.

Helpful information about local activities was provided.
The coffee was truly disappointing. it was horrible for a hotel in Vienna. the room was way too small and cramped, making it difficult to navigate around the bed. A significant downside was the lack of storage space for my luggage. I never expected to be lifting my suitcase onto the bed just to access my clothes, which made the stay quite inconvenient.

It all depends on your needs
The location is perfect for exploring, with a full bar and complimentary snacks enhancing the experience! Plus, the barista's attentive omelet-making skills added a delightful touch to breakfast.
Some rooms are compact and may feel cramped for two, with limited storage. occasional kitchen noise in the morning could disrupt your peace.

I loved the unique design with its bright neon accents and calming lounge areas. The staff were incredibly attentive, making me feel valued. The hotel was well-suited for seniors, with easy access to the metro just around the corner.
More comfortable seating areas would be beneficial.

Exploring Vienna was a breeze, thanks to the prime shopping location. The breakfast area was lovely, and I enjoyed the free coffee options throughout the day. however, the room felt a bit cramped with no storage for my luggage. A fuller breakfast selection would have been nice, too.

The hotel impressed with its unique charm and clean atmosphere. The location on a busy shopping street made it easy to explore Vienna. My room was compact yet immaculate, and the bed offered great comfort. I loved the quiet ambiance despite being in a central area. Access to the Metro right outside was super convenient. My only concern was the small room size—it felt cramped at times, especially with no closet space. I had to lift my suitcase onto the bed to reach things. though the breakfast looked appealing, I found it overpriced at 22 Euros, so I opted for nearby cafes instead. The coffee station was a nice touch, but the coffee quality disappointed me, especially in a city known for its coffee culture. I'd recommend this place for its location and friendly staff, just be mindful of room storage and breakfast options.
